Common add-ons
Add-ons are quoted before work begins. If discovery changes the scope, nothing proceeds without your approval.
What is not hidden in the price
Your domain is registered in your name. Paid fonts, specialist software, booking tools, email platforms and other third-party services are billed directly to you or listed separately.
Every new Anchor-built website is paired with a hosting and care plan. The selected monthly or annual plan begins when the website launches and appears alongside the build in your proposal.
Once invoices are paid, you own the approved business content and the custom site files created for your project. Third-party assets, licensed software and Anchor’s reusable internal tooling remain subject to their existing licences.
Monthly care can be cancelled before the next billing date. A current static site export can be provided after outstanding invoices are paid. Transfer to compatible hosting and any migration work are quoted separately.
Each proposal states its included review rounds. New functionality or direction outside the agreed brief is priced before it is added.
