When does hosting and care begin?

You choose the plan with the website build. Billing begins when the finished website launches, so there is no hosting charge during the build itself.

Are content edits included?

The plans are intentionally centred on automated hosting, checks and reporting. Content changes are quoted before work begins, so there is no vague monthly labour allowance or backlog.

What happens after an alert?

I confirm whether the issue is real, check the hosting or deployment state and tell you the next action. Repairs outside the plan are quoted or billed at $165/hour with approval.

Can you care for a site you did not build?

Usually, after a paid technical review confirms the hosting, platform and access are supportable. Remediation may be required first.

Can the site use specialist hosting?

If a Growth Website needs a specialist platform, that hosting is identified during discovery and priced in the proposal. The ongoing monitoring and support level is still selected alongside the build.

Can I cancel?

Monthly plans can be cancelled before the next billing date. Because the plan includes hosting, the website must be transferred to compatible hosting before it ends; any migration work is quoted separately. Annual plans run for the prepaid term.
